If nature is your thing…then you too will love this part of Costa Rica.Golfito islocated atthe bottom of a rainforest mountainous region that is the starting point to many outdoortours and activities.Just to name a few; there is whale watching, dolphin adventures,hiking, waterfall tours, zip lining, kayaking, national parks, monkey tours, and fishing.
The marina itself consist of 22 boat slips, a restaurant and 6 American Style rooms.Thisproperty consists of three lots that are 54, 28 and 11 linear meters for a total roadfrontage of 93 meters (305 linear feet). The main building on lot 2 consists of hotelrooms, restaurant/bar/kitchen, dining area and office.Lot 1 is empty and has amplespace to expand current operations, Lot 3 is the bodega/maintenance area.
The operation currently employs and office manager/accountant, receptionist, DockMaster, Security, three maintenance personnel, five kitchen staff, five servers and onehousekeeper.
The hotel consists of 1 Waterview King Suite, 1 Waterview 2 Queen Suite, 1 King Suite,3–2 Queen Suites.All are air conditioned, hotwater, cable TV, wifi, and refrigerator.
Restaurant serves American and Local Cuisine cooked to order and is one of the mostpopular restaurant/bars in all of Golfito.
Marina includes 22 slips, wide docks, large T-Dock to accommodate up to 180 foot boat,daily rates, monthly rates, wifi, pressurized water, shore power, boat maintenance, portclearance and bonding services, Visa, Zarpe and Fishing permits, Laundry Service, 24hour security, off street parking and storage area.
Golfito is home to Costa Rica’s Duty Free Zone which attracts clients from all over thecountry from land and sea.The local airport is currently undergoing expansion toaccommodate Lear Jet travel.
With ample room and approval to double the marina size and the growth of the area thisproperty has the potential to be the hub of all sea and land activity in the area.
